Master of Information Systems
The University of Melbourne's Master of Information Systems (MIS) is a degree for aspiring and current
practitioners and consultants in digital business: professionals supporting, managing and changing business
processes through information and communications technology and information systems.
The MIS provides a strong strategic focus, ideal for future IS/IT leaders. It does this by showcasing the
research strengths of the department, combined with its strong links to industry and the rich experiences of
the student body.
The Master of Information Systems is both a mid-career and start-of-career professional degree for graduates
of any undergraduate degree.
A small number of CSP will be available for students commencing the Master of Information Systems in 2010. Students will need to have achieved a H1 average
in their final year of study to be eligible.
